1. Overview of Service

My Job Compass ("MJC") provides an automated Applicant Verification Service designed to help employers evaluate job applications for signs of in-authenticity, including false or exaggerated credentials, AI-generated content, and other indicators of potentially fraudulent applicant submissions.

2. Use of Service

By using this service, you agree to submit truthful and complete applicant information for review. You may not use this service for discriminatory hiring, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Applicant data is processed solely for the purpose of generating verification results. Only basic submission details may be retained for record keeping.

You also agree to update your information if it changes and to use our services for lawful job search purposes only.

3. Results and Limitations

The analysis provided by MJC is based on resume content and metadata. It is not a guarantee of applicant authenticity or fitness. You remain solely responsible for hiring decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are offered through individual submissions or recurring monthly subscription packages. All payments are securely processed through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). 6. Intellectual Property

All technology, methods, and scoring systems used in the service remain the sole property of My Job Compass.

All content provided by My Job Compass, including design, text, logo, and software, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of the service without express written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Jotform, Google Workspace) to operate our service. These platforms have their own privacy and service policies. We are not responsible for their content or data handling practices. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for delays or access issues beyond our control.

This service is provided "as is." My Job Compass disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose or guarantee of accuracy.

My Job Compass is not liable for any hiring decisions, damages, or business loss resulting from the use of the verification results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform in any way.
